We rebuild used excavators, dump trucks, motor graders, compactors and other equipment at our Gummidipundi facility, refurbishing 5 to 8 machines a month. Every rebuild follows the same 8-step process.

Request an inspection- 1 · InspectEngine, hydraulics, undercarriage or drivetrain, structure, electricals and operating hours. Hydraulic pressure readings and engine diagnostics.
- 2 · ReportA written report with photographs, recommended work, cost and timeline.
- 3 · Strip & cleanThe machine is dismantled into major assemblies and cleaned, so hidden wear, cracks and leaks can be found.
- 4 · RebuildEngine overhauled or replaced. Pumps, motors, cylinders and valves resealed or rebuilt, hoses replaced. Track chains, rollers, sprockets, idlers, transmission and brakes renewed as needed. Wiring, sensors and controls restored.
- 5 · Repair & fabricateCrack repair and welding on boom, arm, chassis and bucket, with parts fabricated in-house. Long-reach booms, attachments or EV/hybrid conversion go in at this stage.
- 6 · Reassemble & paintRebuilt with new consumables and filters, then surface-prepared and repainted.
- 7 · TestLoad test and trial run at our facility, checking pressures, temperatures and performance.
- 8 · DispatchQuality sign-off, documents handed over, packed and shipped for domestic or export delivery.
